If you are not happy with your new artwork, you may return it for a refund by contacting me via e-mail at for a return confirmation within 7 days of receipt.
Buyer is responsible for all shipping costs. Returns must be shipped back to me fully insured with a tracking number. Artwork must be returned in it's original packaging and in its original condition.
IMPORTANT: I have never had a piece of art damaged during shipping as my packaging is very meticulous and strong. If your piece should arrive damaged, you must save the damaged box so I can immediately file a claim with the shipping company as they require to see the box and the damaged art. If the box is crushed upon arrival, please take a photo of it prior to opening in case the art inside is damaged. This will be of help when filing a claim against the delivery company. I ship everything fully insured. Thank you.
